ROY SCHWISOW, OWNER

Roy started Building Tech, Inc. in March 1996. He has been doing construction all of his life, beginning when he started working for his dad. Roy believes honesty and a handshake make the best deals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Doane University.

BRUCE BAETE

Bruce started working for Building Tech in July 2001. He is a concrete foreman with over 21 years of concrete experience.

RANDY EBKE

Randy started working for Building Tech in September 1998. He is a building erection specialist with over 24 years of experience.

JASON ZVOLANEK (AKA ZEE)

Jason started working for Building Tech in April 1999. He is a building erection specialist with over 23 years of experience in the industry.

KRIS OSTDIEK

Kris started working for Building Tech in August of 2008 as the Office Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and an Associate’s Degree in Banking & Finance from Missouri Western State University.
